Halloween costume commission for  northwestspiritwolf of her character Jinx the fennec fox. She wanted him in ODST armour from the Halo Series. Here he is in all his glory.

I have never done armour like this before, ever. This was also the first time I have done a character only watercolor/colored pencil piece. It was also the first time I have ever used coldpress paper. Look at me and all my firsts.

I modified the boots to work with digigrade legs. I did make the helmet longer, but I should have made it bigger still. I don't do guns much either... So this piece was Way outside my comfort zone. The contrast could be better but overall I am pretty happy with it. The armour was difficult to get accurate. I hope I did a good job.
