They are the main villains of the powerful organization, the Legion. The Legion now uses a newer method to create powerful warriors; the artificial powers no longer give them powers not native to this world. In fact, it is now use to increase their powers and changes their genetic makeup; changing their pupils black and becoming more deadlier.

Zapanna Northridge is the creator of the multi-billion dollar organization, the most power female in the Legion. Lord Salviton, is a villain that is hard to defeat. Even if you do take him down, he won’t stay down. Zapanna hired Salviton to help recruit more warriors, as well as defeat those who stand in his way.
