This is what happens when you forget to put your oil cap back on, children!

My Celica burns oil, so I check it frequently. A year or two ago I topped it off before a drive and left the oil cap off; thankfully I realized it very quickly! The oil in the picture came out while the hood was closed. Holy crap! No damage was done, I only lost about 1/2 qt. of oil. I affectionately refer to this as the BP Oil Disaster. BP was not responsible, but I AM blaming them.

You'll be quite glad to know that now MY FLUID LEVELS ARE SUFFICIENT.
