Eh, Saints Row 2 is my crime game of choice. It may be a clone of GTA, but it took everything fun about GTA and made it better. And it took everything that sucked about GTA and tossed it out the window.

Rockstar North could certainly learn a lesson from those guys.

I agree to an extent, but I personally like the almost gritty realism approach they took, considering SR did like you said and took the fun elements com gta ... if you has Xbox I wouldn't mind playing some SR2 with ya sometime

Most reliably appearing car ever. I wasted so much time forcing other cars to appear by driving them in careful circles. I still wonder about the AI a bit. The taxi cab drivers are the only ones that ever try to take their vehicle back when I play.

actually, some of the richer people will try and take back thier cars, as will those in the really poor areas.

Actually... Now that i ithink about it, they're just trying to rip me out of the car to beat my ass, not take thier car back...

I don't remember that many people trying to take their cars back, but I will have to play it again to reexamine civilian AI.
