You know, I'm sure I've seen some old timey woodcuts that showed the broomstrick being ridden bristles-first. Sure, it doesn't look as aerodynamic, but it admittedly does make the front of the broom look more like a horse's head and mane. Kinda resembling a hobby-horse. Looks awesome!
