Upon my forgotten throne,
Rules a fallen Queen
My Empire is your dreams,
Horror the Law
Fear the bringer...
Though stripped to the bone,
Last of me not seen
With Moon light's beams,
and crescent claw
Nightmares linger...

Thanks. You can draw, the way you are meant too. Mimicking another style, denies your soul the ability to express it self.
Art takes; dedication, to stick with it even if it's not how you want it. Patience, to allow yourself time to grow. Understanding, of what it takes to achieve looks. And much practice, so it all comes easy to you.
Still working on 3 and 4

Trying too hard, like working out too much, will burn you out. Building up muscles, you have to some times strive to go farther than you could before, but pushing too hard, only leaves you sore, and some times will ruin your muscles. If you keep yourself at a steady pace, you will keep getting stronger at a good rate, and in no time, you will be stronger than you thought you could be. Won't be too sore, and won't loose the enjoyment of doing it.
Taking time to properly allow your hand, mind, and skill come into sync, you will not feel forced or worn from too much work. In that time, as you find yourself enjoying it more than worrying about it, you will gain your own style that is comfortable, and allow you to do more easily. Especially good, finding something that you enjoy, that makes you want to draw more.

What I am saying. (An exaggerated example) Arnold could bench press a car. It did not happen over night. He trained and worked out till he could do so. He obviously wanted to be strong, and probably felt the same. "How could I ever be that good?"
Feeling limited by you now, will not allow you to grow into the you later. One day that you, will look back and see their old works and go "Wow, I have grown"
Looking back is good for confidence I think. Even if it is a little growth, it still proves you are growing.

Patience is a big part of it. Best to study up in some of the countless How To Draw books. they show little things that will help alot in finding ways to draw things more smoothly.
One I often recommend for general learning, cause it is full of many techniques, is How to Draw Yaoi. It isn't as dirty as one would think, and shows bodies, hands, feet, legs, arms, heads, clothing, foot wear, putting two figures together, and a few things. Helped me alot.
Impact Publishing has a How to Draw Furries, that is pretty good too, shows many different types, Cats, Dogs, Horses, so on.
Practicing those will give you more comfort in going free rang, and doing your own stuff.
