So, when I went to FurFright this past weekend, it was in my homemade Creeper costume: half foam, half duct tape. I got quite the reaction from the thousand or so folks at the con. How did I make this suit?
1. Cut 5X 20" by 20" pieces of 1/4" foamboard, duct-tape into an open box.
2. Cut 1X 20" by 20" piece of 1/4" foamboard, cut out ellipse shaped like top of head, tape to interior of box.
3. Cut 2X 5" by 20" pieces of 1/4" foamboard, duct-tape to each side of the open end of the box.
4. Cut out several hundred 2-9/16" squares of black, dark green, green, and light green 1/8" foam.
5. Duct-tape these tiles together seamlessly into five 8x8 panels.
6. Duct-tape said panels to the box.
