"Currency art" that was done by 
Clete while bored in the zoo at Furfright 2011. He was handed several bills, ranging from the lowly $1, to the mighty $50 (we never got to $100), and "modified" them to look... uh... different.
This was a $5, and appears to be the bastard child of Lincoln and Bill Cosby.
