Okay, so I got this silly idea while on gaia and messing around in tektek with an item called 'Stero Hearts'.
Thus I made an avatar which I then began to call Neon cat Singer/Popstar. c:
Silly, but this is the sketch it inspired and I'm actually rather proud of it.

Why she's NEON cat popstar, because her colors are neon colors (neon blues/pinks/purples along with black and gray).
It's definitely not finished but this is a WIP I wanted to put up of it so far.
