Drawing a view from the inside of somethings mouth was... interesting to say the least...
I know that when you first pick up a Netherwing it actually does talk to you, and that most dragons have been shown to be capable of speech... however I do prefer them to have the same intelligence, but be incapable of talking until they reach an elder age. You know... like the overly pretty and huge Dragons they will only let us have during quests but not as mounts...

Netherdrakes are awesome, but not all of them know Kaitrin personally it seems. But yes, that's about the way it works for Kait. Behave and you get a treat, misbehave and you get hit by an orbital nuke (Luv the 80K Starfire crits. :) )
