You're all of course familiar with Bach's toccata and fugue in d minor. As Halloween is fast approaching (and this piece is like, the theme song for Halloween) I decided to do my own rendition of it in my two pianos style. The object here was not to make a transcription, but to play on the themes in my own way while still loosely following the piece. It was certainly fun to do; I hope you all enjoy it as well ^^

I'm so fond of what you (always so brilliantly) do that you might be the only for whom I'd pause (as I did right now) my beloved Prokofiev. Incoming class ? Screw that, I'll be late. Mom's calling ? I'll call her back later. The building is on fire ? Well, at least I can die with awesome music to cover everyone's screams. But you posting a new music piece ? Well, I guess it's worth it, since I never regretted it.
Awesome as always sir :)

i love the start its so....wait a sec...I LOVE IT ALL!
buffering is a little slow but that's prolly just the server.
anyhow.
i really did love it. you could definitely distinguish that it was indeed the tocatta and fugue in d minor but you could also distinguish that it had more personality than just bach's. very good job :D

I did know that in fact. The parallel octaves and ending not on the major chord are very uncharacteristic of his work, among several other things. Perhaps someday I'll arrange some real Bach. Perhaps his prelude and fugue in G minor, bwv 535. I think it would sound pretty awesome if I did it right ^^
Anyway, I'm glad you liked my arrangement!
