This is pretty darn good, the beginning makes me think of a thick opaque white stocking which you marker over! But the collar of the thing is I think could be a 'item' the erase-a-face collar capable of making yourself a new face!

That would make a welcome addition to my bag of tricks! Permanent facial reconstruction, and I can make it any face I want! Nyeh heh heh!

Hmm... I kind of like this.

I'd imagine something like a skin-like canvas material, or at least a material that can be painted/drawn on somehow. The artist captures some guy, ties him down and wraps some of the material around the victims face. The collar is a special device which triggers a chemical change in the material causing it to heat up and warp to match the basic colour and outline of whatever is drawn on it and creates a new face from it.

Considering how the hands look, maybe it's some artist who was experimenting with radical ideas and became transformed by them into a beast which is consumed with trying out these radical artistic ideas on others.

I'd love this for Halloween.

Given Swatcher stories it'd probably end up being permanent though.

Perhaps I could get ahold of a temporary one...
