Synthetic model-0013 AKA -Hyde- was one of the first synthetics approved off of line and one of the first to malfunction and deviate from initial safe programming behaviors it is estimated that at least 127 deaths can be attributed to this particular machine along with countless other injuries.
Numerous illegal physical and combat behavioral software patterns have been confirmed use extreme caution in any interaction with this machine.
The Forerunner corporation is offering a substantial reward to either have this Sythetic Model either returned in an intact deactivated state or proof of it's destruction brought to a Forerunner official corporation headquarters.
The reward is 1.5 non for the intact model and memory core, (Roughly 3.8 Billion U.S.) proper conversions will be offered upon request.
And for proof of destruction the reward is .5 Non.
-I just figured I'd add some detail to this, piece this is the non activated piece. The next is what it appears when 13 is tasked to max. Anyway the story with this one is that Hyde happened to become self aware, of course that's bad... though instead forerunner is much more interested in the combat capabilities of this particular synthetic. 1.5 non in this world is probably enough to buy a small city. Most synthetics lack the processor power or algorithms to properly lock and engage targets (not without unacceptable losses.) The exact specifications of this model are also a mystery as well, during a small skirmish between technology companies the lead tech was killed and most of the data was lost and had to be rebuilt from scratch, so... you can imagine how much this one is worth...
Anyway, I was a bit bored so I made all this up on the spot!

It isn't a bad thing :/ to be honest, what would lead others to violence against it "Jealousy, fear, and greed" and what would lead it to violence? Simply put, "Self preservation" among other things. I mean how much would you want to keep your freedom rather than have it taken away?
I'm not saying "This is what would happen" mind you, it's not really a philosophical debate, more or less it happens to be "Check out this scenario and drawing off of the top of my head." so it shouldn't be taken seriously really.
