I stumbled upon an old pic of me on my mom's facebook of a wedding from a few years ago.
You you guys can see better how much I've actually lost so far.

That's the awesome thing about the P90X program, it's not just about lifting weights.
Hell half the week I'm doing, yoga, pilates, Kenpo and there's an entire workout devoted to stretches. You'll be surprised how you might do. I've met plenty of people on the website who had been in car accidents, had knee replacements. There's a way my friend.

Not bad at all. Once you finish P90X you can move on to Insanity. Insanity is pretty intense. Lots more cardio. Once you get to the point you're at it is much easier to maintain than it was to get there. Just go for runs with some sprints and basic body weight exercises. Weights are only needed for getting bigger.
A lot of it really boils down to the dieting.
A lot of people don't realize how much food is technically bad for them.
As for the exercise, 90% of my weight loss was primarily due to cardio. I ran... A LOT. Sure when I first started out I was at the pace of a snail and I was lucky to jog more than 10 minutes. But the fact is that I had to get over the hump of not letting it get me discouraged. In the following weeks I started to notice I was jogging longer and faster.
Getting your heart rate up (around 150-170) and maintaining it for 30 minutes is the key. Five or ten minutes is simply not enough time.

I was recently in an accident that required me to get surgery on my knee. And I was thinking about running a little once my leg was stronger to get the muscle back.
You could run more then me, I was quitting before 5 minutes was up. Just got too tired and out of breath. And I don't even smoke I'm just that out of shape.
I'll remember this though, thank you.
