I did this at Frazzle's place while he was at work. There was a half-story that went with this one. Something about a clan of rather small dragon people that inhabit the more dangerous parts of the desert. They're not too smart and quite mean, thieves and criminals the lot of them! But a courageous adventurer still seeks them out, trying to bargain with their chief for something that he came for from hundreds of miles away...
