Can we hang out tonight underneath your ceiling
I could stare up at a million lights and listen to you breathing
If I fall fast asleep it's just because I feel so safe in you
It won't take much to wake me up
Could i walk out to sea way beyond these breakers
We have no place amongst the movers and the shakers
Yours is the only throne I'll ever get down on my knees before
You have the whole of me
Lover come away
Come away my lover
I heard you say you've stolen my heart with one glance of your eyes
When I fell down you raised me up
That's gravity

Cute! I love the melancholy nights Simba has as an adult in the movie (for the intensity of the scenes), but it's nice to see him happy like this too. He really really needed someone to connect to on an intimate level. Nala is perfect for him, granted even after "sleeping" with her in the movie (it's canon surprisingly) he's still not entirely honest. Even after their victory life isn't always happy for Simba so I'd imagine with no more secrets they are perfect for each other, best friends turned lovers, there to lean on each other in times happy and sad, to support each other in easy times and hard times. Simba needed badly to feel loved. How he casually says "No one needs me." in the movie is just heartbreaking.
No more lonely sorrowful sleepless nights!

The lyrics that inspired this are lovely, but on first looking at it, I have to admit, the song that came to my mind was Owl City's "Fireflies", tying in to the "Can You Feel the Love Tonight" montage. Having said all this, I realize that I think way too much. Lovely work, as always.
