"Aha, gotcha!" the drake grinned as he pounced upon his melon, the fruit rolling back and forth gently as he lay atop of it, giggling as he nuzzled it with his cheek. Ooh, but this wasn't the only melon he'd do this with - he had his hoard of melon patches, after all...and the grocer's own melons down the street. Silly stallion, putting fresh watermelons out in the open like that~
Xander, the maker of this pic, happened to be looking for some subjects to draw a while back for practice - it turned out he was looking to do some specifically in the line of dragons, hence how this picture came into being. Honestly, I have no idea on how this pic managed to avoid coming into my gallery for so long...aside from my own sloth. Sorry Xander, and thank you again for making this great picture.
