A doodle of femme Whitepawz in a Halloween-inspired gown of awesome gothyness :3 I love Rococo fashion and had been wanting to make up some sort of dress design for a w-hile.
I havent managed to do an offish HALLOWEEN-themed pic in ages and I'm just pleased as punch i was able to finish this without mangling it in anyway.
ATTEMPTING to experiment with shading in markers. This is getting fun :D

Yayyy!! You finished it!! :D Oh my god I fucking LOVE this, Mayra! And it's awesome to see you experimenting with different mediums. Your shading here is just amazing! I love working with markers, but I have such a hard time getting shading right. How do you do it!? You must give me some tips on how to shade with markers. In fact, I need to be schooled on using colors in general. Your coloring is always GORGEOUS no matter what medium you use. And not just the technique, but the choices in color pallets. It is so difficult to choose colors that compliment each other, in my opinion. And all of the texture in this piece and the overall design of the costume...omg incredible!! Tell me your secret!! D: I am really impressed with this. Excellent work as always, my love! :) <3
This is gorgeous! I love the kinda kitschy decorations in her hair and the loud candycorn bodice, and then the seriousness and...old haunted house quality of the fabric on the skirt! The details are amazing.
I love markers. I'll always prefer pencils, but i DO love markers. <3

Whitepawz is ruling the one opera glove look! The hair and dress design is proper good, so many rad little details in the dress - also the way the tail is holding the trail out is awesome. The shading with the markers came out really well, really like the starkness in the hair that you achieved with them.
More Whitepawz!

Soooo pretty! I love your marker coloring experiments so far! :) They've turned to be a media I enjoy working with myself too. Especially when mixed with colored pencils! :D It produced some nice results the first time I tried it. :D Also, LOVE her tail wrap and her 'Spook" ring. :D
