Holy crap that is good! I love how you did the eyes. The only problem I see is the shading on the chin, something looks wrong- ah, you broke the line of the jaw by adding a highlight (on the right of his chin). Just put a little bit more line through that area so the jaw stands out more from the neck. (I know what I'm talking about)
