Vial of Sands/Sandstone Drake - WoW Pumpkin Carving 02
Okay! Here's my entry for this year's pumpkin carving =D
If anyone's interested, I also have a video uploaded on Youtube, just to show a quick turnaround of the pumpkin. Thought that would be sort of neat!

Since I started pumpkin carving for the first time in 2009, it has become a personal tradition to carve each year, as well as to participate in the Blizzard Entertainment pumpkin carving contest.
This will be my third pumpkin! Onyxia was carved in 2009 and then Skoll, in 2010, both which made it up on the Honorable Mentions wall on the official Blizzard website!
If my Vial of Sands doesn't make it up this year, I won't be disappointed, as it was a major accomplishment to have my last two pumpkins up on that wall for two years in a row ^__^

EDIT: I am VERY pleased to announce that my Vial of Sands has been chosen for the Honorable Mentions wall this year!! Had a super time doing this one and showing it off at the Halloween party >:3

Yeah it's incredible, some of the detailed carvings i've seen. It's just too bad it only lasts for about a week ;-; I spray it down with a bleach solution, then coat the edges with vaseline and saran wrap it tight. Now it's in my fridge until i have to bring it into work this Friday for the Halloween party XD
