Fascinating. :) I have the feeling that in such a world, outside of the sullen view of pregnancy as a society, individuals would see pregnant women as that much more beautiful. They're exotic, and aren't seen often. It would be what a woman showing her legs was in Victorian times - something erotic, because people weren't supposed to see it. Either way, she's quite pretty, even with the cheeky, rebellious expression.
