This is character two of the Watch City Pack trio, Daryl McNulty. Although, he's not the sharpest tool in the shed, he can play drums like no one else.

If there is any changes you want me to make, or are any suggestions on how I can make this character better, please let me know. I'm open to hear what your thoughts are. If I don't receive feedback by November 4th, I'll assume this character's fine the way he is and go on with this design.
