The angle and stance of the character is to imply dominance and satisfaction has he relishes in the newly acquired power he's gained from his robotized body.

The greenish hue was added to visually compliment the chaos and destruction that the character has unleashed after his conversion process was complete.

If feel it helps to give the whole image a very foreboding atmosphere.

At least in my option anyways ^^;
