Ya, pretty much. Things like that open randomly. But I also have a to-do-list (linked on my page) and you can request a winter icon whenever there's a slot open.
Basicly, my to-do-list is for a regular commission list. Then I sometimes open goodies or specific things in a journal. Example...if I only want to draw females, I'll open up a journal for it.
