In a few minutes I'll be off to her funeral to give my dear aunt her final farewell.
I made a poem alongside a speech that I'll be givin', I'll think of all my friends n family for faith to get me as well as other family members, through this day.

Dear Samantha, so sweet and kind,
You had a gift that was hard to find.
You made us laugh, you made us smile,
Getting to know you was made worthwhile.

Whether you were family or friend,
Your actions touched so many lives.
Though you're gone, this is not the end,
Kept with us, your memory survives.

For one thing there is, I'll always pray,
That I'll see your smile every day.
Within my heart and within my head,
Is where I will see you now instead.

Dear Samantha it's time to say goodbye,
For you we mourn, for you we cry.
Sweet spirit of yours may you dream deep,
As we lay your body down to sleep...
