- NAME: Grimshaw
- NICKNAME: Grim, Grimmy (To his Dismay), and some people have come to call him Captain or General Grim.
- AGE: 27
- BIRTHDAY: August 30
- GENDER: Male
- NATURE: Serious
- POKEMON / HUMAN: Haxorus (Shiny)
- HOMETOWN: Nacrene City
- HISTORY: Grimshaw was born in the small town of Nacrene City on the Unova Region. As a young Axew he had quite the passion for the Old World and the treasures that came from the olden days as one would say. He would often times enjoy spending time at the Museum found in his birthtown just to look at all of the events that happened in the past. As Grimshaw grew older, his passion for the Old World lead him to go traveling around the world to discover new and exciting things. He actually started to travel at the age of 18 when he was 'old enough' as one would say to make his own choices in life. With his travels, Grimshaw came across quite the collection and sports many Old World, Classic relics and even clothing which he dawns a majority of the time. His travels eventually lead him to the small town of Pokette. Grimshaw, enjoying the rather peaceful setting and with the promise and whispers that there may be many fossils to be found here he decided to retire his world traveling ways and to settle down in a more permanent home.
Grimshaw actually came from a rather lavished family, who were indeed extremely well off. While his family was indeed Rich, it was never something that Grimshaw himself enjoyed. Sitting at home, and being a regal gentleman was fine but he wanted to go out and explore the world for the most part. Which is what he did later in his life, setting the majority of his inheritance to a side for his travels. Whether his family approved of his great need to travel the world and explore, or didn't is not known. Perhaps they didn't know and are searching for him? Or they did know and didn't agree to it but he went with his idea anyway and rebelled? Only time will bring out the truth.
- HOBBY: Collecting Fossils and Relics, also makes Wood Carvings in his Spare Time.
- JOB: Craftsman, Specifically in Wood Carvings
- FAVORITE FOOD: A nice bed of steamed rice with Veggies.
- FAVORITE BERRY: Engima Berry
- CATCHPHRASE: ...Krrrsk (Think of it as sounding like an alligator or Crocodile)
- ACCESSORIES: Can sometimes be seen wearing a Navy Officers Sword Belt, also wears a 'shaw' of sorts which holds the many medals that he has found through his years of travel.
- TRIVIA AND EXTRAS
- Grimshaw is based off my Shiny Haxorus in my Black and White Game, he has the same birthday as him and even the same nature!
- Grimshaw displays my overall passion for the Old World Era, his clothing of choice reflects my passion for the Royal Navy and Victorian Era clothing. More specifically the Uniforms that were worn during those time frames.
- Grimshaw's name was thought of because of his Dark coloration, while initially he was going to be named Grim I went with the name Grimshaw instead to give him more originality.
- While he has an extremely Serious nature, he is known to have his moments to show a small sense of Humor. Though this is very rarely seen.
- If you mention anything about Fossils you will almost instantly get a response from him. He LOVES fossils, and thrives on collecting them, this is likely his response to such things ->
- Grimshaw has a small collection of Fossils that he has brought over with him through his travels. What he has in his collection, well visit him to find out~
- During his travels he did a lot of fishing, he has a Sharpedo he keeps in a rather large tank found in the back of his house. While Grimshaw doesn't consider it a pet persay, he kept it as a 'reminder' of what happened with it. (Read Below)
- Said Sharpedo was actually the first pokemon he Caught Fishing, and it gave him quite the fight! While working on getting it off the line, Grimshaw's wrist was actually bitten leaving some rather nasty, permanent scars on his right arm. He vowed not to let the sucker go and kept it as a souviner or one might even say a Trophy to prove that this one did not get away.
- Grimshaw is a very dapper Gentleman! And doesn't enjoy smarty punks most of the time
- RESIDENCE
- Resides in Acre B5, closest to the Museum
- His house has a very classic, Victorian Feel to it both inside and outside.
- House is large enough to accommodate for the large tank required to keep his Sharpedo content.
- MOVESET
Even though this isn't fully required I thought I would post it just in case. Though I could see him very well using a move such as Brick Break to break through rocks or to 'dig' up fossils. Though not a powerful version of the move itself.
