The left hand is making me say 'ouch.' The base of the pointer finger needs more round shape. The contour line needs to be more round. Since the fingers are thinner at the tip, they will appear blocky in foreshortening. Make the muscles around the palm pronounced, this pose uses a lot of those muscles.
