I haven't been on Rig 8 for 3 years, but...I'm pretty sure I left a toothbrush in the doghouse. I guess there's no worries about gingivitis-causing bacteria on that brush now...nobody killed I think, since it wasn't on the news, but "injuries" from fire, as you know, can include things almost worse than death. I hope everybody got the hell off the pad in time.

That was the one accurate thing in that movie--the way the blowout comes up and pounds the shit out of everything in its way. The rest of the movie was so horrible, bathing in human wickedness and craziness, that I threw the disk in the recycle bin and used the DVD case as a....DVD case for something else. Yeah, sociopaths are like that, and yeah, they have existed in the awl bidness, but fuuuuuuuck, I don't want to watch them work their magic.
"There are still living a few very old women who in their youth have worked underground, with the harness round their waists, and a chain that passed between their legs, crawling on all fours and dragging tubs of coal. They used to go on doing this even when they were pregnant. And even now, if coal could not be produced without pregnant women dragging it to and fro, I fancy we should let them do it rather than deprive ourselves of coal. But-most of the time, of course, we should prefer to forget that they were doing it."
