This is the first round of the fifth IZ story, although the episode number has jumped back to 1 again because of it being the start of a new season for the show. With this new one, I had the chance to rework a lot of the ideas (roughly in line with what Alex said in the interview page) and make the general thread make more sense, but keeping the spirit of it the same.
I've split this one up into separate parts so that there isn't just one massive block to read through - it also makes it more exciting to write if I can put out smaller episodes like this and keep releasing things rather than have one submission a year.

I love how Alex said they would pick on them, but Skye still takes it personally. I noticed this for a while now coming back to these stories that you could see through Skye’s bravado BS by coming off confident until the cracks show and she sends other contestants in her place instead of going herself.
Her ego especially shines through when out of everyone there, she is the one to take Alex’s comments personally. He had fun bullying that one, even if he was being mostly or halfway playful. XD
