Just wondering about it...it started at 1.80 GHz and its at 1.93 GHz. If anyone can tell me a higher clock as well as it being stable for/with my system, I'd love to know D: I wanna play MINECRAFT WITHOUT THE LAG >:I
Also, I'm not sure if my video card can go any higher....I had it at 815 MHz(?) and i was getting these weird things on my screen at time's. So I toned it down to 800 MHz.

Good for that. You've been blocked. By looking at your account. You seem just like a troll anyways. Have a nice life as a 50 year old Virgin living in his mom/dad's Basement browsing for shit to jack off to while after words you "troll" people and think you're hotshit. GFYS I hate people like you, you are the kinda people that I wish Hitler had killed.

definitely in the BIOS the CPU settings should be changable. ( the utility software you shown above has limitations set in it by the programming code.)
be carefull though if your not fammiliar with changing the settings in the BIOS, things can get set wrong very easily and it will either not boot up or damage the hardware.

if they are electolytes, they are replaceable. ( with the same value & types.) Electrolytes are known to go bad. ( i have replaced them in several LCD monitors, power suppplies, and other electronics.
Ask him if the tops of the caps, (the ones shapped like little metal cans with plastic label around the sides) are swelled up on the top, or appears to be leaking a brown fluid or goo, ( which is the electrolyte fluid) if they are then they are bad. New caps can be found either at a place in Missauga, ( a store called " Sayal " . i go there to buy computer fans, capacitors, resistors, everything when i need parts to repair my own electronics. :P )
There is even a site dedicated to Bad Capaictors, listing different types of elecronics that are known to blow capacitors. here: http://www.badcaps.net/forum/index.php
i have tons of caps here i use for repairing stuff.
