Geronimo, a male cougar (Puma concolor) at Jungle Cat World, unleashes his fury (and his claws) on a pumpkin I put in his enclosure. Unlike some of the other cats, he was quite willing to immediately launch an attack. He used his claws and teeth like a champ, indicative of how a growing wild cougar would develop hunting skills against defenseless inanimate objects.
