That's right, she isn't a PCA student. She just graduated and has been recruited by the URA to help defend the world from The Legion. She's a lot lighter than you would expect a steel-type to be and she using that to her advantage in battle. Isis is a proud Empoleon and would usually be seen in more high-class affairs, but decided that working to protect the people meant more than fancy balls.

Specializing in disarming opponents with her razor-sharp fins, Isis enjoys a good fight rather than reading up information as she did in school.While she still has a ways to go before reaching S-Rank, Isis is one of the many young hopefuls who has joined the URA.
