I was kind of disappointed they didn't give Fluttershy a costume in Luna Eclipsed, but given that Nightmare Night is a "scary" night it'd make sense she didn't want to be involved. So I felt it was time I "fixed" that.
Thankfully Pinkie Pie was eager to help lend a hand, or hoof, as it were.
Next year, though, I think Fluttershy will probably go to Rarity to get one, instead, should she decide to participate again.
