Here is Black Spot dressed up as Billy the puppet from "Saw." He dyed his feathers to make them look like the sleeves and gloves the puppet had. A few years ago I had a different pet dressed up as Billy and I wanted to do it again and I like the creepiness of it. This time he is dressed up for the Halloween Monster Masquerade that Dostor is holding.
