Since Drafter posted it as his, I'ma make it clear that I did this on my computer! So yea, this is a Resident Evil I.D card. In the RE world, its a special ops team that specializes in survivor searches, often attacked by the Umbrella Corp. since me and my co-captain Laila(Aka Rouge) came from Raccoon City. Our station is in the South Beach area, but further south than you think, No zombie incidents so far.
