Is this a sweet or savoury or perhaps it's both? Try some and out and let us at the faccc know. What it is, is a Swedish sensation from the kitchens of
stripekazama
A Swedish dish that's very easy to make, and cheap too.
Ingredients:
4 Eggs
3dl wheat flour (300ml)
8dl milk (800ml)
1 teaspoon salt
Bacon!
How to:
1. Turn the oven to 175 Celsius
2. Pour 4 dl of the milk into a bowl, then stir down the flour and salt into it to get a nice mixture, with a whisk.
3. Add the rest of the milk to it and whisk.
4. Add the eggs and whisk it down too to get the mixture.
5. Cut the bacon into pieces and fry it until it's nice and cripsy.
6. Cover the bottom of an ovenproof tin with the bacon and add the mixture.
7. Put it in the oven for 50 minutes until it's nice and baked.
8. Enjoy the Swedishness!
Note: In Sweden we usually eat it with lingonberry jam (Can be found at every IKEA in the world) but some also eats it with ketchup. Also when I had poured the mixture into the tin, I sprinkled a little black pepper on top, hence the black spots on it.

and, far be it from me to demand imperial units.
also...when ever I see the group's logo the oven mitt...makes me think it's made out of bacon!! srsly!
I constantly have to remind myself it's NOT bacon, it's an oven mitt.
