Nothing beats a good guacamole, blended to perfection from the kitchens of  lionor

Hehee so here is the Guac to go along with that salsa :)

Meas en Place

3 avocados halved, seeded, peeled
juice of 1 lime
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Roma/plum tomatoes seeded and diced
1 garlic clove minced
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 med onion diced yellow or red
1 table spoon fresh cilantro chopped

Now in a large bowl place your avocado halves and lime juice toss the avocados to coat. drain the extra juice into a small bowl or ramekin after you have coated all the avocado in the lime juice to prevent browning. Using a potato masher ot heavy spoon mash the avocado and add in while massing the salt,cumin, and cayenne. After its been throughly mashed fold in onion,tomatoes, cilantro and garlic. Add a table spoon of the left over lime juice let it sit at room temp for one hour and serve.
