The only tools I ever use are the Pen tool, Burn, Dodge, and occasionally some other tools. Then I just use the Filter stuff for my backgrounds. XD Thank goodness they created layers.

Indeed.

Actually I avoid using burn and dodge as they oversolarise the light, screen & multiply tend to be more subtle. But a decent mix of the two can be great :D

Oh.

Well THATs talent.

I can't do draw anything (or even trace) on the comp.

Ain't such a good marksman with the mouse so I can give any of my art that colorful finishing touch thats so appealing.

It's done with the polygonal lasso tool, meaning it's a click-click method instead of a drag and draw making it much much MUCH easier to be acurate and quick.

You mean the video or photoshop?
Photoshop is far from free and can be quite expensive, other programs do the same thing though.

Photoshop is to a Lake as paint is to an Ocean. it's got alot more useable features, color gamut and layers.

PaintshopPro isn't too bad.
Open canvas is a good free one! As well as paint chat.
