Well that depends. In PvP, Unholy is likely to have an edge over Frost because of Frost's reliability on Frost damage as well as physical damage and diseases, though this can easily be mimiced by the Frost Death Knight to counter any magical attacks.
In PvE, Frost hands down. In levels of awesome, also Frost.
