I certainly hope not! I don't think they'd have let anyone bring a real rifle to a geek convention... I wouldn't know how to tell the genuine article from even a half-decent replica, though; I'm afraid I'm no good with guns. :/

Well, they probably wouldn't have gotten that far in London with a gun, the Bobbies would have probably arrested them the first time they saw them with a gun.
It definitely looks like a real gun. Here in the US, toy guns have to have an orange tip to them to show they are non-functional.
