I LOVE Randolph, don't remember seeing him before, I guess I was not paying enough attention.
Oh, the rifle's the perfect accessory for his outfit, just paint the barrel tip orange so the cops know it's just a model. But then again, how's he going to hold the candy sack at the same time? Hmmm. Well that's a cool enough costume, especially with the helmet. Nice!
