So what makes a black cat. Easy as a plain black Tee $18, black tights $20, my favourite black maxi that pretty much everyone's seen, genuine cat collar $12, ears on a headband that's been in the family longer than Jay Leno's been in comedy, and an old black stocking filled with plastic bags LOL
