While normally I'm not one for carving pumpkins, or trying my hand at really anything artistic for that matter, I suddenly got an idea the other day about a picture to carve into one. So come sunday I went out, spent way too long picking out the prime pumpkin of choice. It couldn't be too oddly shaped, lopsided, or discolored in any fashion. After taking it home and 5 hours after I began carving it, the pumpkin promptly found itself in the garbage.

Cut to the next day and 5 minutes of getting a couple of buy-one get-one free pumpkins and 3 hours of carving later, you have what you see here. The picture is a bit darker than it appears in person, but you can still get a good look at the work that went into it. At any rate this is my own way of getting into the halloween spirit, and I hope the rest of you have an awesome night of ghouls and ghosts to come!

P.S.: A few of you might even recognize who it's supposed to be, which means mission success!
