Here is another scene of animation from the short I'm working on. I hope you kind folks enjoy.

I think the scene loses a bit of energy once the character is being lifted up, I think it needs a little tweak in the timing and spacing so the character is dragged up smoothly and swiftly, since it looks a little even to me. The drawings are real nice, though. Very solid.
Alas that's an unfortunate side effect of corner cutting, something I was hoping I wouldn't have to do, as such since it's all frame by frame it's going to take a hit in the tweening department.........never the less things are being learned even if that won't turn out as good as I originally wanted
Aw, a shame. I'm sure if you change the frame delay and the frame positions you can get a really pleasing ease into the animation, though. Like when the hand comes down, put more of the existing frames at the start of the movement, so it speeds up and pops into the grabbing frame. You don't need to draw any additional frames for it - just adjust it so it's pleasing. The same for the being dragged up movement. More frame delay at the start, less at the end, to simulate inertia.
I'm looking forward to seeing more of this animation! It's looking great.

O. o that eye looks like it needs some serious medical attention. Like Khatoblepas mentioned, the scene does loose a bit of "energy" once she is lifted up, but some corners do need to be cut if there are time constraints. Looks fantastic though! I cannot wait to see the final product -flails-
I realize this and I did even try to fix that issue aswell in the timing however there were too few frames to pull it off. Given the time constraints of the entire project there will be a lot of things that could have been animated better. I sadly have no time to experiment and not time to redo anything.......I kinda have yo try and draw it up as fast as I can, slap it together and hope that it looks okay........I will however try to take what ever I've learned here and try to apply it to someone more refined in the future......when I don't have noose of deadline tied around my neck. Either way I appreciate you input and really wish I had the time to put it into practice.
