Oh and the best, when you do manage an awesome background, with killer details and stuff, but then it detracts from the subject so you gotta blur it out or something. GAERJ

Yeah all that blocking stuff D: in SAI it's easy with the shift key, photoshop does this stupid taper thing but I imagine you could turn that off, somehow. I don't know what program you use..
But I agree, yeah that's another reason. I just wouldn't know where to begin arranging them in an interesting way.
