Just in case any of the half-dozen people who watch me are curious as to what I look like.
The affect? Going into MS Paint and saving the photo as a 256 color bitmap, then cleaning up the really messy parts.

I don't even have to use gel to get it like that. I wear a hat all day as part of my work uniform, and when I take it off... viola! Sexified.
