Wow! I'm learning a lot doing this! This is the colored version of Tea the fennec fox enjoying the best toy ever created: the empty carboard box!
It started out as a little practice sketch, but I kept working on it and working on it until... this! In addition to being my first tail, my first object other than a headshot, and my first drawing of Tea, this is my first attempt at inking, tracing, shadowing, fur color blending, and texturing. I was really just doing this as a learning experience, but... I love how it turned out! I made something lagitimately cute! Huzzah!
Oh, and do people think the tea cup with ears is a good recognizable signature?

The texturing was a bit of cheating, since it was just the "texture" feature in the program, but I think it doesn't look /too/ obvious... sometimes people do that and you can see repeats in the patern and stuff. I think it came out better on the tail than the face, though, but ah well ^_^ Thanks!
