Here's how it works whoever does not have the balloon must tag whoever has a balloon. If whoever has the balloon is tagged they must give the balloon to the one who tagged him/her. Tag back are only applied when there are two players only. If more than 3 players then no tag backs. all but one will have a balloon at the start of the game. Game ends when a certan time runs out and the ones that have the balloons the longest wins.
