Theres always that meanie witch in the woods in her gingerbread house threatening to eat the kids or do something horrible to them for being naughty. In this world, its Rio, not some cranky child munching witch. The difference is, naughty, nice, it simply doesn't matter. Young and old alike, will become birds before him!

Don't worry! Poor little Billy here will soon know only the joy of being a macaw. Ultimately no one complains.
