http://dizzy-cat.deviantart.com is a very dear friend of mine, and it's her birthday today! I wanted to do something inspired by K-On as she's totally in love with it, and feels she can relate well with Mugi. I've never watched it, of course XD but nevertheless, a K-On inspired pic XD
I'm not an anime artist at all so it's got some mixed techniques here.
